As the global representative body for International Mountain Leaders (IMLs), UIMLA is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and fostering international collaboration among its members. With over 25 national associations and approximately 5,000 certified professionals under its umbrella, UIMLA plays a pivotal role in ensuring that mountain leaders are uniformly qualified and adhere to the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship.
