This is me in the place I love the most: the mountains. Map in hand, admiring one of the best views I’ve seen in all my life.
Four years ago I decided that I wanted to start a career as an outdoor professional, so I became a mountain leader. I worked in the UK for a few years, teaching teenagers how to read a map and taking adults on multi day treks.
Then, last winter I passed my last assessment and became an international mountain leader, a qualification that allows me to guide people on treks all over the world.
My mission is to show people some of the most amazing places on earth, and to teach them how to respect them.
Slow travel is the best way to experience a place. So come walk with me.
I’m an International Mountain Leader and outdoor instructor. I have experience leading adults on multi day hikes and teaching children the basics of campcraft and navigation.
My favourite thing is multi day trekking and camping in the Alps, where I can really feel myself at one with nature. After many years living in the most beautiful but wettest places in the UK, I’m currently living in the heart of the Italian eastern Alps, where it’s always sunny.
Working or not, I’m always outside, trekking, climbing or cycling. And on the odd rainy day I’m planning my next adventure.
